Who do I want to help?
I want to continue to help all people who either want to make an additional income or shop smart.
Goals:
I want to continue to increase my personal numbers along with my team numbers, which in turn will not only impact household, but will also increase my paycheck to align with my retirement goals. My retirement goal is to have a strong enough customer base so I can scale back at 60 (8 years) in my personal business. Through the work I do now in building my customer base, team, and leaders, I will have a strong residual income to bring in income while achieving more flexibility to spend time with John, the family, and on my hobbies.
What will I focus on this next year?
Getting 6 parties on my calendar consistently, recruiting at least 2 people monthly, and building my leader base of Team Coordinators to Sales Leaders.
What do I want?
I want to attract like-minded people to my team who desire an additional income and are motivated enough to set goals while resourceful enough to find answers on the "hows" by themselves.
I want to recruit more people like ME, but younger, and hungry to make this business work. I want to recruit my next Red Jacket leader
I want to recruit people with vision and excitement, who don't let the excuses of life cloud their vision or their goals.
I miss having leaders to collaborate with on a regular basis that come with fresh ideas and the willingness to implement them, instead of bringing me ideas and me taking on the bulk of the work.
